There’s no bench to sit on in our classes, no second team and no junior varsity. All of our kids are involved in all aspects of our high energy and exciting classes. Positive encouragement and positive feedback starts to build self-confidence and self esteem beginning with the first class! Focus, concentration, respect and courtesy – the important cornerstone on which we build our classes. When our kids come to class…it’s an environment of positive energy that’s fun and disciplined. Always being taught by instructors who are positive role models and who encourage the children to give their best effort at all times.

Our children continue to hear words like pride, courage, honor and integrity in class and how that applies to them. So many of our kids went onto earn their junior black belt, an outstanding accomplishment, and then to be on our leadership team where they help to shape and mold the newer youngsters in our classes.
