We begin training children as young as five years old. Our kids are involved in all aspects of our high energy and exciting classes. Positive encouragement and feedback start to build self-confidence and self-esteem with the first class. Focus, concentration, respect and courtesy – the important cornerstones on which we build our classes – are taught by instructors who are positive role models, encouraging the children to give their best effort at all times. Pride, courage, honor and integrity are learned by so many of our kids who went onto earn their junior black belt, an outstanding accomplishment at a young age that will serve them in ways they will remember for the rest of their lives.

Our kids program presents special classes on "stranger danger," and allows the kids to let loose during the annual Holiday party full of fun and games. One of the highlights of the year is the Tournament of Champions each June, hosted by the Black Belt Academy, to challenge our kids in a competitive and friendly environment. Everyone wins the moment they stop onto the floor!
