 Mrs Cheryl Brundage takes her students through at least 90 minutes of movement with the remaining time spent in pranayama (breath training) and guided meditation. The room is minimally heated at 75 degrees to help the body reach a higher level of flexibility. A steady flow of postures are repeated in approximately the same order to facilitate comfort and learning.
Yoga mats are recommended and comfortable clothing is suggested.
Kickbox members can use their block, and the yoga is included in the monthly fee.
